At the recent Computex event, Colorful made a remarkable impression by unveiling a striking array of products, including the Doom-themed RTX 5080 GPU, incredibly powerful power supply units (PSUs) with capacities up to 3200W, and innovative designs in the BTF ecosystem.
Colorful’s Spectacular Showcase at Computex: Doom-Inspired GPUs and Cutting-Edge Hardware
This year’s Computex has seen the resurgence of classic games, especially DOOM: The Dark Ages, which inspired several manufacturers to launch limited-edition models featuring thematic designs. Among them, Colorful introduced a standout RTX 5080 GPU that captivates with its unique aesthetics.
The GPU boasts an eye-catching acrylic shroud with a frosted green finish, prominently displaying the Slayer logo at its center. Designed as a high-end, triple-fan solution, this card occupies three slots and is tailored for optimal cooling performance while promising exceptional graphics capabilities.

Additionally, the GPU’s heatsink features a matching green color, and the back is adorned with a full-coverage backplate that includes a circular cutout designed to enhance airflow. The backplate also showcases a detailed engraving of the Dark Ages artwork, further enriching its thematic appeal. A single 16-pin connector powers this limited-edition gem, which is expected to carry a premium price tag.

Innovations in the BTF Ecosystem
Colorful is also making strides within the BTF (Back To the Future) ecosystem, presenting an array of new products including GPUs, motherboards, and PSUs. Among these, the iGame Ultra RTX 5070 Ti GPU stood out with its modular BTF connectors, offering both a standard BTF to 16-pin connector and a unique BTF to BTF connector, each rated for up to 600W. The angled design of the 16-pin connector aids in minimizing cable strain during installation.

Colorful’s innovative PSU design displaces the traditional 24-pin ATX connection, introducing a specialized BTF connector that seamlessly connects to compatible BTF motherboards, such as those from the iGame Ultra series. Despite still being in early development for the DIY market, Colorful is actively shipping pre-built systems featuring this technology throughout Asia.
The iGame Neptune System
One of these pre-built systems, dubbed the iGame Neptune, showcases a robust aluminum chassis housing exceptional components, including the GeForce RTX 5090 Neptune—a liquid-cooled design equipped with a 360mm radiator. Its sleek aesthetic is elevated by silver-aluminum and blue accents on the shroud, while the system also utilizes Neptune-branded DDR5 memory, optimized with liquid cooling to enhance thermal performance beyond traditional air-cooled setups.

Groundbreaking Power Supply Solutions
Complementing these powerful components, Colorful’s sister brand has introduced a staggering 3200W power supply that boasts an 80 Plus Titanium certification. Designed to comply with the latest ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards, this PSU ensures reliable power delivery for high-performance systems.

This impressive PSU includes eight 16-pin (12V-2×6) power connectors and is constructed with top-quality components that elevate its reliability and efficiency.
Expanding Mini PC Offerings
In addition to the aforementioned products, Colorful is expanding its portfolio with two new Mini PCs. One model features AMD’s cutting-edge Ryzen AI MAX “Strix Halo”APU, while a more compact solution, branded as “Colorful SMART, ”incorporates Ryzen 200 and Ryzen AI 300 APUs.

In conclusion, Colorful’s extensive product lineup revealed at Computex highlights the brand’s significant presence in the market and its robust commitment to innovation. Enthusiasts can expect detailed information regarding pricing and availability in the months to come, making it a pivotal time for gamers and tech enthusiasts alike.
