12 Gyarados

Mega Gyarados’ Base Stat Total is 640

Despite Florges having a marginally higher base stat total, Gyarados, a classic Gen 1 Pokemon, surpasses it due to its formidable Mega Evolution. With a colossal Attack stat, Mega Gyarados can unleash devastating physical moves such as Crunch and Waterfall. Furthermore, players can capture Gyarados early in the game, as its pre-evolution, Magikarp, is found in Wild Zone 2.
