Honestly, OpenClaw impresses me a lot. The AI agent can control the PC for me, open files, and check data. However, granting an AI agent full access to your computer poses certain risks, such as potential data leaks or hacking concerns. Additionally, the cost of APIs and tokens can be a hurdle. I’ve only used it for a week, and my assistant assisted with about 100 requests, bringing the billing to $150. While it’s currently under the free plan, full-time use could exceed $1, 000 annually. I’m hopeful that advances in AI technology will reduce costs and that developers will improve installation processes for Windows users, as many still rely on that operating system. I’m grateful my Cubi is compatible with Linux, allowing me to test this out.
