Exciting News: HyperX OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop Featuring Core Ultra 7 270K Plus Unveiled
As enthusiasts eagerly await the formal introduction of the Core Ultra 200 Refresh desktop CPUs, various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are already gearing up with their next-generation systems. Concrete reports have emerged confirming the upcoming Core Ultra 200K Plus processors, also known as Arrow Lake Refresh CPUs. Leaks hinting at performance metrics have started surfacing, and expectations are high for a launch event scheduled around mid-March, allowing just 9 to 10 days until Intel’s official announcement.

HP is among the first to unveil a pre-built gaming desktop powered by these forthcoming chips. The latest model, the OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop (GT18-0007a), has been identified, showcasing the new Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus CPU. This upgraded processor builds upon the Core Ultra 7 265K, offering additional cores for enhanced performance. Notably, the 270K Plus features four new Efficient cores, boasting a turbo boost clock speed of up to 5.4 GHz, according to specifications listed on HP’s official page.

Upcoming reviews for the Intel Core Ultra Refresh CPUs are expected to be published shortly after the retail launch, slated for March 23, just a week following the official product debut. The Refresh line is anticipated to introduce three main WeUs: the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus, the Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus, and the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus. However, it has been reported that the fourth variant, the Core Ultra 9 290K Plus, has been cancelled.
