Boss lairs are the premier locations to farm for Mythic Uniques. Notable adversaries like Andariel, Duriel, and the Harbinger of Hatred yield Unique items from their treasure chests, each with approximately a 1.75% chance of yielding a Mythic Unique. Additional sources for Mythic Uniques include:

  • Purveyors of Curiosity
  • Nightmare Dungeons
  • Tree of Whispers Reward Caches
  • Blacksmith/Jeweler Crafting

Crafting Mythic Uniques

To craft Mythic items, you must visit a Blacksmith or Jeweler located in any town, but you’ll need to collect existing Mythic Uniques first. When you dismantle one, you’ll receive a Resplendent Spark, which can be used for crafting more gear.

For crafting a random Mythic Unique, you’ll need two Resplendent Sparks and approximately 50M Gold at the Blacksmith. If you desire a specific item, visit the Jeweler and trade two Resplendent Sparks along with designated runes to create the desired item.

Encountering Mythic Prankster Goblins

Occasionally, you may discover a Mythic Prankster Treasure Goblin while traversing through Nightmare Dungeons. Defeating one of these elusive goblins can reward you with five Mythic Uniques along with an additional loot bag. Although these Pranksters are incredibly rare, some players have successfully encountered them shortly into their gaming sessions—our experience led to one appearing just 19 Paragon Levels into our first character during Season 11. These goblins can spawn in any Nightmare Dungeon, regardless of your key or location.
