Claim Tango’s Ghostwire: Tokyo for Free on the Epic Games Store
The Epic Games Store has returned with an exciting giveaway for PC gamers, this time featuring two fantastic titles. In place of last week’s free offer, players can now grab copies of Ghostwire: Tokyo and Witch It. Available starting today, October 31, anyone with an Epic Games Store account has a week to secure these games and add them permanently to their collection.
Ghostwire: Tokyo, crafted by Tango Gameworks, unveils a gripping supernatural narrative centered around Akito Izuki, whose body is overtaken by a spirit amidst the mysterious vanishing of Tokyo’s residents. In this haunting world, ominous apparitions roam freely while the remaining cats and dogs serve as helpful allies, almost like deities. Although it appears to delve into horror, the gameplay is largely action-oriented, revolving around exorcising supernatural foes. Additionally, players can enjoy the roguelite mode called The Spider’s Thread.
The distinctive combat system has been described by the developers from the former Xbox and Bethesda studio:
Harness a blend of upgradeable elemental abilities and ghost-hunting techniques to tackle the paranormal menace. Use your spectral powers to ascend Tokyo’s skyline and glide through the streets in search of new missions or to ambush your adversaries.
Moving on to Witch It, this game offers a creative prop hunt adventure pitting hunters against witches. This multiplayer hide-and-seek experience allows players to assume the roles of witches, who can transform into various objects scattered across the map, hiding before each round begins. Following that, the hunters get their chance to flush out the concealed witches.
Barrel Roll Games describes the experience as follows:
Venture through quaint villages, enchanting islands, and strange forests filled with secrets waiting to be uncovered. Each map features a diverse array of prop setups, ensuring that every match is a fresh and thrilling experience!
The giveaways for both Ghostwire: Tokyo and Witch It will be available until November 7.
