Chucky is a renowned American slasher horror franchise, kicking off with the release of Child’s Play on November 9, 1988. Created by filmmaker and screenwriter Don Mancini, the franchise centers around a “Good Guy”doll, possessed by the malevolent spirit of a serial killer named Charles Lee Ray. 1) Child’s Play (1988)

In a desperate act before dying, Charles uses black magic to transfer his soul into a doll.
This sinister doll is purchased by Karen Barclay as a gift for her son Andy. As Charles’ spirit inhabits the doll, he begins a killing spree, and Andy must find a way to stop the evil force before he becomes its next victim. 3) Child’s Play 3 (1991)

Now a teenager, Andy is enrolled in Ken Military School after a series of foster home rejections. Chucky, having discovered Andy’s location after torturing the toy company’s CEO, resumes his deadly pursuits at the school. 4) Bride of Chucky (1998)

7) Cult of Chucky (2017)

8) Child’s Play Remake (2019)
Child’s Play (2019) is a reimagining of the original film, released on June 21, 2019. However, when a disgruntled employee disables the safety protocols on one doll, it transforms into Chucky and goes on a deadly rampage. The remake is available for streaming on Apple TV Plus.
9) Chucky Television Series (2021-2024)
The Chucky television series follows Jake Wheeler, a 14-year-old boy living in Hackensack, New Jersey. He buys a Good Guy doll at a yard sale for Halloween, only to discover that it is possessed by the spirit of the serial killer Charles Lee Ray. As a series of mysterious murders occurs in his neighborhood, Jake begins to suspect that the doll is the culprit.
