Recent information from HDMI LA has confirmed the development of HDMI 2.2, following earlier speculation surrounding its release. Media outlets received formal invitations, which referred to the “licensing”activities related to HDMI 2.2, thus affirming the validity of this new standard. Nevertheless, the precise details regarding its features remain under wraps, generating much anticipation within industry circles.
