Phase One: Collecting Essential Components

Upon entering the Castle puzzle area, you’ll quickly notice a tetromino resting on a high platform, which can only be accessed via a fan located directly underneath. To activate it, you need to direct both a red and a blue laser to specific nodes flanking this platform. Your first task is to gather all necessary components as this puzzle hinges on both resource collection and correct execution.

Begin by taking the fan from the vent that’s located beneath the platform where the tetromino sits and place that fan on the pressure switch directly in front of you.

With the fan activated, use it to reach the first connector (C1).Connect C1 to the red node visible through the window and also to the red laser generator located behind you.

Retrieve the fan from the pressure switch and leverage the currently active fan to soar over the gate into a secluded area where you will find another deactivated fan vent and the second connector (C2).

Set the fan on the vent to activate it, take the second connector, and navigate back to the initial room, avoiding the purple forcefield.

Now, transport C2 to the main puzzle area. Grab the initial fan again and place it on the first pressure switch you previously activated. You’ll now have both connectors and one fan ready for use.

Position the fan on the pressure switch located on the left side of the center puzzle area.

Next, pick up C1 and connect it to the red laser generator on the left side of the area, then place it on the right side pressure switch to activate the red node located behind.

Take the box that has cleared the path and bring it to the center area, placing it on the left-side pressure switch (remove the fan first).Use C1 to connect it to the blue laser generator and blue node on the left.

Next, obtain C2 and connect it to the red laser generator and the concealed red node, thus releasing the third connector (C3).Bring C3 to the center puzzle area.

At this juncture, you are on the brink of piecing together all necessary components. The final task involves acquiring a box that is positioned behind a shield in the center puzzle area, where two nodes await deactivation.

Remove the box from the pressure switch and replace it with C1. Connect C1 to the red laser generator.

Then, take C2 and link it to the blue laser generator alongside the blue node in the center area on the right.

Finally, pick up C3 and connect it to C1 and the red node shielded away. Position C3 atop the box, ensuring you can angle it correctly to make contact with C1 and the adjacent red node.

Now, retrieve the second box and bring it into the center puzzle area. You should now have two boxes, three connectors, and one fan at your disposal.

Phase Two: Making the Lasers Fly

With all components gathered, it’s time to activate the lasers.

Take one box upstairs to the right and position it beneath the fan that’s located just below the blue node, then repeat this for the second box on the left side of the puzzle area.

Now, take C1 and connect it to the blue laser generator, ensure it connects to the blue node placed above the box, as well as the blue node that halts the shield obscuring the path to the tetromino. Position C1 atop the box upon completion.

Adjust the fan on the right side of the room and implement C3 by connecting it to C1 along with the blue laser generator. Ensure you set the angles correctly; once positioned, the box with C1 should bounce back and forth smoothly.

Then, use C2 to connect with the red laser generator, ensuring it links to the designated red node above while also connecting with the red node turning off the shield in front of the tetromino. Position it above its corresponding box to complete the setup.

Retrieve the fan again and place it on the pressure switch on the left side of the puzzle area. Adjust C3 so that it connects appropriately to C2, ensuring the angles are correct so the box and C2 engage in similar bouncy motion.

Finally, place the fan below the tetromino on the elevated platform, allowing you to fly up, deactivate the shield, and successfully obtain the tetromino to solve the puzzle.
