Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow: Brazil is set to electrify audiences worldwide by spotlighting the vibrant rap and trap scenes. This musical reality show follows a similar format to its American, French, and Italian versions, merging the thrill of reality television with an engaging documentary-style presentation that highlights untapped talent and fierce competition.

The judging panel boasts some of Brazil’s most influential musical icons, featuring:
- Djonga – A celebrated rapper from Belo Horizonte.
- Filipe Ret – Renowned artist hailing from Rio de Janeiro.
- Tasha & Tracie – The dynamic sibling duo representing São Paulo.
What’s at Stake
Aspiring rappers will compete for an impressive cash prize of R$ 500,000 and a coveted guest appearance in season 5 of Sintonia, a hit Brazilian series. The competition kicks off with the first four episodes premiering on November 12, 2024, followed by the concluding episodes on November 19.

1) Gabrelu
Hailing from São Paulo, Gabrelú, a non-binary trans artist, merges performing arts with music, aiming to carve out space for marginalized artists in the industry.
2) Rui
Originating from Brasilândia and now residing in Sacomã, Rui began his musical journey after an encouraging invitation from a friend to perform.
3) COLD Jas
Originally from Angola, COLD JAS moved to Rio de Janeiro as a teenager and embraced rap and afrobeat while tapping into her acting background.
4) Coffee grower
Growing up in Belo Horizonte, Cafiero found passion in rap battles through family influence and aspires to make a living as a trap artist.
5) Novak
Having navigated a challenging upbringing, Novak has forged a name for himself within the Minas Gerais music scene.
6) Muse Maya
Known as Joana, Muse Maya embraces her theatrical background while drawing inspiration from her life experiences in her unique blend of rap, trap, and pop.
7) Mukhima
Born with a speech impediment, Muxima harnesses the rhythms of his heritage to inspire his music and aims to impact the world through his voice.
8) Jump
With a dynamic athletic background, Jump discovered his talent for music through church performances and maintains a strong passion for rap.
9) RT Mallone
Since 2012, RT Mallone has made a mark in rap battles while releasing several albums and collaborating with fellow artists.
10) Black Mary
From Poá, São Paulo, Maria Preta explores various cultural avenues while nurturing her growth as an evolving artist and mother.
11) Fury
Known as Fúria na Voz, Gustavo emerged from a rich musical background and actively participates in São Paulo’s rap scene.
12) VICKIVI
Diving into music during the pandemic, VICKIVI is dedicated to leaving her mark on the rap scene with a focus on independent production.
13) Guide
Brought up in Teresópolis, Guiu transformed early defeats in rap battles into motivation, becoming a top competitor in his locality.
14) MayronZZZ
Inspired by Brazilian rap legends, MayronZZZ strives to create impactful music from his home studio in Belo Horizonte.
15) Ras
Defying family expectations, Ras has dedicated himself to rap, establishing his own unique musical identity in Piracicaba.
16) OGCapito
With a background in graffiti and breaking, OG Capitu transitioned into rap to uplift women’s visibility within the industry.
17) Go forward
Coming from a musically-inclined family, Maju combines her academic pursuits in Philosophy with her passion for music, enriching her community.
18) Afrodite BXD
Using music as her sanctuary, Afrodite BXD transitioned from poetry to songwriting, now actively crafting a space in the musical landscape.
