Just a day after Cardi B marked her 32nd birthday on October 11, she threw an extravagant party. The following morning, she took to Instagram Stories to humorously inform her followers about her overwhelming hangover, expressing a dramatic pledge to never drink again after a night of festivities.
“I will never, ever drink again. I will never, pray for me. Wait, I am still drunk. I will never drink again,” the rapper known for “Bodak Yellow”exclaimed in a video clip.
In this lighthearted video, Cardi B, still adorned in her birthday makeup, wig, and outfit, stared into the camera after waking up. She jokingly lamented her excessive drinking at the celebration, declaring she was “never going outside again.”
Throughout her Instagram, she offered glimpses of her birthday gifts, her outfit from the event, and various moments from her 32nd birthday festivities.

On October 12, Cardi B organized an exclusive birthday gathering dubbed “Bardi in the City”at The Duke in Manhattan, New York City, attended by close friends, family, fans, and her sister Hennessy. In a humorous post the next morning, she quipped, “They need to ban Hennessy out of this country,” referencing a friend’s message that revealed she had consumed an entire bottle by herself.
The same friend shared in a screenshot that it was the “best f*cking birthday party,” prompting Cardi to recount how she “had a time” and even threw up “all the way to the afties.”
During the event, Cardi also entertained fans on Instagram Stories, showcasing her birthday look while dancing and enjoying drinks, even declaring “Free shots for everyone on the floor!”
Moreover, she shared details about her striking birthday outfit—a backless black mini romper, complemented by a flashy belt buckle, sparkling open-toe heels, and diamond jewelry.
“So let me tell ya about my little thotty dress… the dress I was gonna wear for my birthday was a little too small and there wasn’t enough fabric… so I… went to Staten Dolls gentlemen’s club where I worked at for four years and bought this little dress because baby NOTHING was gonna stop this night…” the rapper of “WAP”explained in her caption.
She added:
“I love the fact that they don’t see me like CARDI B… they still treat me like CAMILLA.”
Interestingly, Cardi B’s estranged husband, rapper Offset, was notably absent from the birthday celebrations amidst their ongoing tumultuous split. Cardi filed for divorce for the second time in four years in July 2024. Prior to the festivities, the “I Like It”artist showcased some of the thoughtful gifts her children, Kulture (6) and Wave (3)—whom she shares with Offset—had given her.
“My daughter got me these balloons and these flowers,” Cardi stated in an Instagram clip.
