Cardi B Expresses Strong Feelings Toward Offset While Defending Him Against Fans’ CPS Prank-Call Accusations

Cardi B recently came to the defense of her estranged husband Offset amidst rumors that he was behind a prank call to Child Protective Services (CPS) regarding their children. This speculation arose after the rapper revealed that CPS had visited her home, following an apparent prank call.

On October 21, during an Instagram Live session, Cardi B expressed her concerns, alleging that someone had made a prank call to CPS about her kids. That evening, CPS officials reportedly visited her residence, prompting her to seek answers publicly.

The following day, October 22, some fans on X speculated that Offset might have been the one to make the prank call as some sort of retaliation against Cardi. Surprisingly, Cardi defended her estranged husband while also engaging in some harsh words about him on the same platform. She dismissed the rumors, stating:

“That’s not what happened; that has nothing to do with him. He’s a loser, but he didn’t do that… It was a prank call he had to fly out for, and I couldn’t be there because I’m hospitalized.”

As of now, Cardi has deleted her tweets. In a previous deleted tweet, she expressed strong emotions towards Offset, stating her disdain:

“Bro, I wish the worst on this man. I never hated somebody so much, and these b*tches be so [thirsty] to have him.”

Cardi B and Offset publicly confirmed their latest split in July 2024, shortly before she announced her pregnancy with their third child. The couple shares three children: a 6-year-old daughter, Kulture, a 3-year-old son, Wave, and a newborn daughter.

In her Instagram Live on October 21, Cardi B condemned the alleged prank calls that targeted her children. She detailed that CPS came to her home after receiving an anonymous tip, saying:

“So I wanna make this very clear, and I can’t even breathe right now. People have taken things too far when they mess with my f**king kids. For Child Protective Services to show up at my gated mansion at 11 p.m. while my children are asleep? Are you f**king serious?”

Cardi stated that she had been hospitalized for the past two days due to illness, emphasizing her determination to track down those responsible for the prank call, claiming that she would take action:

“I’m going to hire the best private investigator in the whole f**king country because y’all take joking too far.”

The following day, many users on X insinuated that Offset was the culprit behind the prank call meant to cause trouble for Cardi. However, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper swiftly refuted these claims, asserting it wasn’t him. In her replies, she clarified that CPS had received the call regarding both of them as parents.

In a sequence of now-deleted posts on X, dated October 22, Cardi B expressed her disdain for Offset, labeling him as “garbage” and wishing him ill will:

“Please take this man off my hands; this garbage bag is too heavy.”

A user on X urged her to speak kindly about the father of her children, but her response was harsh, calling Offset a “dirty a*s narcissistic piece of s**t”and claiming that “his family and friends never check him.” While she initially stated she did not wish “death”on him, she later expressed a desire for him to be severely hurt:

“I want him to get hit by a f**kin truck. He really is just a dark cloud on anybody’s life he enters,”Cardi stated.

Cardi and Offset began their relationship in 2017 and confirmed their marriage in 2018. They have experienced multiple separations and reconciliations throughout their time together. Cardi filed for divorce from Offset in July 2024, just days prior to sharing her pregnancy news with him.
