“Can’t believe it’s been 5 years”: LaMelo Ball’s girlfriend Ana Montana pays tribute to Nipsey Hussle on his death anniversary

Ana Montana, the girlfriend of LaMelo Ball, is a popular social media influencer known for her love of rap music. She frequently shares posts on her Instagram account of her jamming out to this genre. In past videos, the Charlotte Hornets’ star can also be seen hanging out with her and enjoying rap hits.

On Monday, she took to IG to remember and honor the late rapper Nipsey Hussle:

“Rest in paradise! Can’t believe it’s been 5 years since his passing, the alignment of his anniversary being on Easter Sunday is truly divine timing. Love & prayers to his loved ones always!”

Initially known as Ermias Joseph Ashgedom, Hussle made his debut in the music industry during the early 2000s. He gained recognition after dropping his first project, “Slauson Boy Volume 1.” In addition to his career as a rapper, he was a prominent activist and later ventured into entrepreneurship.

As LaMelo Ball’s girlfriend Ana Montana, it can be assumed that she is familiar with Nipsey Hussle’s popular releases, such as “Bullets Ain’t Got No Name”and “Crenshaw.”The former catapulted Hussle to national fame, while the latter even caught the attention of Jay-Z, who famously bought 100 copies for $100 each.

Hussle’s entrepreneurial skills were at their height when he established Marathon Clothing. The success of his “The Marathon”and “The Marathon Continues”projects motivated him to take it a step further by naming his clothing store after them.

Ana Montana, girlfriend of LaMelo Ball, recently honored and remembered the fifth anniversary of his passing on March 31, 2019, when he was shot just a few feet away from his store in Los Angeles.

Ana Montana and LaMelo Ball Enjoy Quality Time Before Regular Season Concludes

The Charlotte Hornets made the decision last week to end LaMelo Ball’s season early. His last appearance was in late January during the team’s 138-104 loss to the Houston Rockets. The next day, he reported ankle soreness which led to his absence in the following game.

The injury originally thought to be soreness was later diagnosed as ankle tendinitis. Despite plans for a March return, Ana Montana’s boyfriend was unable to do so, as he never even began to increase his training in preparation. As a result, Charlotte ultimately decided to end his season and shelf him permanently.

Despite his injury, LaMelo Ball will have the opportunity to spend more time with the social media influencer. However, it is anticipated that the former Rookie of the Year will be fully recovered in time for training camp next season.
