On its release date, October 18, Taehyung’s “Layover”LP effectively sold out at numerous major UK record retailers, including the BTS Official UK Store, Record Store UK, Polydor, and The Sound of Vinyl. This occurrence was particularly significant as it coincided with the album’s official debut.

Notably, after being restocked, it continued to sell out multiple times, securing the top position on Oricon’s “Daily Album Ranking”chart, and also achieved the number one rank on the Amazon Japan Imported Albums chart.

Moreover, in South Korea, the LP has dominated the market, leading the sales charts of prominent online retailers such as Yes24 within the CD/LP category, and taking the overall top spot on Aladdin’s bestseller chart. This overwhelming global demand for Taehyung’s album reflects his immense popularity and success.
