BTS’ Taehyung Named 2024 Summer Artist, Secures Spot on Top 50 Summer Battles Winners’ Palm Tree

On October 7, 2024, BTS member Taehyung, known as V, was honored as the “Summer Artist of 2024″during the “Top 50 Summer Battles,”making him a proud member of the esteemed Winners’ Palm Tree. This landmark achievement marks V as the first K-pop solo artist to receive such recognition, adding yet another accolade to his illustrious career. Notably, his group BTS won this accolade back in 2019, and now V has equaled that remarkable accomplishment with his individual success.

This win also earned him a nomination for the upcoming Top 50 Music Awards 2025. The announcement was made on the Top 50 Official website, which celebrated V’s victory by featuring a visually striking image of the star, formally recognizing him as the 2024 Summer Artist.
