BTS’ Kim Taehyung Crowned #1 Most Handsome Man in The World 2024 by Nubia Magazine UK

Nubia Magazine UK has officially recognized BTS’ Kim Taehyung as the “Most Handsome Man in The World 2024″on September 25, 2024. This title was determined through a global poll conducted across 163 countries, where Taehyung outshined celebrities such as Regé Jean-Page, Justin Bieber, and Robert Pattinson.

Earlier, in June 2024, Geeksforgeeks ranked Kim Taehyung as the most handsome man globally as well, placing him above notable figures like Ryan Reynolds, Tom Cruise, Zac Efron, and Hrithik Roshan. Similarly, The Business Standard reported in 2022 that the K-pop superstar was at the top of their worldwide list.

Impressively, the Grammy-nominated artist has consistently been recognized as the “Most Handsome Man in The World”by Nubia Magazine in 2020, 2021, 2023, and now 2024. Notably, he secured the second position in 2022, with Xiao Zhan taking first place.

Known as V in BTS, Kim Taehyung debuted in 2013, gaining fame for his deep voice and captivating visual presence. In 2023, he launched his first solo album, Layover, which includes five tracks: “Slow Dancing,””Blue,””For Us,””Love Me Again,”and “Rainy Days.”The title track, “Slow Dancing,”debuted at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 on September 20, 2023.

Following this, he collaborated with American R&B singer UMI, featuring on her track “wherever u r,”released on December 30, 2023, coinciding with his 28th birthday. However, Taehyung was unable to promote the single as he enlisted in the South Korean military on December 11, 2023, for his mandatory service.

On March 15, BIGHIT MUSIC, his agency, unveiled his English digital single “FRI(END)S.”This song was recorded and its music video shot prior to his military enrollment. It marked the first song of 2024 to achieve the No. 1 spot on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, reaching this milestone in 100 countries by May 11.

Furthermore, Taehyung made history as the only BTS member to enlist in the special forces of the Republic of Korea Army. After completing five weeks of basic military training, he graduated as one of the six Elite Soldiers on January 16, 2024, alongside bandmate Kim Namjoon. He was then deployed to the Special Duty Team (SDT) division on January 18.

Recently, he attended IU’s HEREH World Tour: THE WINNING Seoul Encore concert on September 22, 2024, taking official leave to celebrate IU’s 100th concert performance with bandmate j-hope.

In related news, j-hope is scheduled to be discharged from the military on October 17, 2024, while Taehyung is expected to return in June 2025.
