On Thursday, October 24, 2024, BTS Japan’s social media outlets along with the TBS Japan channel announced exciting details regarding the television premiere of BTS’ Jimin’s Production Diary documentary. This documentary was initially made available on Weverse on October 23, 2023.

The highly anticipated first television airing of Jimin’s Production Diary is set for Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 9 PM local time on the regional channel of TBS Japan. This documentary gives viewers a glimpse into the creative journey and experiences of Jimin as he produced his debut solo album, FACE.

Throughout the documentary, Jimin shares his genuine thoughts and emotions while working on his solo project. A post from BTS Japan on X conveyed the following message:

Currently, Park Jimin of BTS is serving his mandatory military duty, having enlisted in December 2023, and he is expected to finish his service in June 2025.
