Bradley Beal’s wife Kamiah Adams ecstatic to rendezvous with Isaiah Thomas’ wife Kayla courtside
Isaiah Thomas has extended his contract with the Phoenix Suns for another 10 days, ensuring his presence on the team for the remainder of the regular season. As a result, his wife, Kayla Thomas, was in attendance at the game and was spotted in the Instagram stories of Kamiah Adams, wife of Bradley Beal.
Adams and Thomas enthusiastically hugged each other in the video.
During the 2019 season, Beal and Thomas were both members of the Washington Wizards, where Thomas appeared in 40 games and had an average of 12.2 points per game.
How Isaiah Thomas can contribute to the Suns’ success
Although he has been with the Phoenix Suns for some time now, Isaiah Thomas has only played in three games and has had a limited role, averaging just 3.7 minutes per match.
In his debut, he had a 0-for-1 record and also recorded an assist in the 115-102 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers on March 20. He also appeared in the 128-103 defeat against the OKC Thunder on March 29, going 2-for-4 and scoring 5 points while also providing an assist.
In the Suns’ 122-101 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, Thomas entered the game for the last minute but did not record any statistics.
Thomas may find himself taking on a larger role with the Suns, as the team currently does not have a certified point guard. His veteran experience could prove valuable in the playoffs, as he could lead the second unit and use his point guard skills to create scoring opportunities for his teammates. Additionally, Thomas would be able to contribute to the offense without detracting from the talents of players such as Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, and Grayson Allen.
Phoenix supporters are eager to see Isaiah Thomas play more minutes, as his leadership could greatly benefit the less experienced second unit. With a veteran starting five, Thomas could provide a sense of stability and guide the younger players on the court while the stars rest. He could also hold his teammates accountable as the Suns strive towards a successful playoff run.
Despite Isaiah Thomas not playing much, Phoenix is still surging, having won two consecutive games and seven of their last 10.
The current streak of wins has propelled Phoenix to sixth place in the Western Conference. This is a significant position as the top six teams are assured a spot in the first round of the playoffs, eliminating the need for a play-in tournament.
Phoenix is currently in sixth place, just half a game behind the fifth-ranked Dallas Mavericks. They are tied with the New Orleans Pelicans, but they hold the tiebreaker over the Pelicans, resulting in the Pelicans being in seventh place. Phoenix is also half a game ahead of the Sacramento Kings in eighth place and 1.5 games ahead of the ninth-ranked LA Lakers.
