On October 4th, South Korean media outlet JTBC Enter News reported that Moon Ga-young is set to lead the upcoming series Seocho-dong. She has been officially offered the role of Kang Hee-ji. In response, her agency, Peak J, confirmed that they are positively reviewing the offer.

On September 13, 2024, MyDaily reported that actor Lee Jong-suk has been offered the lead role in Seocho-dong. He is being considered for the character Ahn Joo-hyung, a ninth-year lawyer at Kyungmin Law Firm, and he is currently reviewing the offer.

The news surrounding Moon Ga-young and Lee Jong-suk’s potential casting in this highly anticipated K-drama has garnered considerable attention. Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, the fanbase of both actors is electrified with excitement.
