Black Ops 6 introduces its second map for Season 2 with *The Tomb*, reminiscent of a bonus scenario akin to Liberty Falls. This setting immerses players in an excavation site characterized by creepy temple ruins and narrow tunnels, enhancing the thrilling gameplay experience.
Players exploring *The Tomb* for the first time will initially find themselves concentrated on surviving against the undead, navigating to the Pack-a-Punch Machine, and planning their strategic approach. With time, however, they can delve into the map’s intriguing Easter Eggs. These Easter Eggs not only enrich the storyline but also provide fun, hidden secrets. Below is a comprehensive guide to all Easter Eggs in *The Tomb*.
Main Easter Egg Quest

The adventure begins with the Main Easter Egg quest in which our eclectic team explores an excavation site within the captivating Principality of Avalon. Equipped with the Obscurus Altilium Amulet—which they obtained on Citadelle Des Morts—these ex-Requiem operatives set out to retrieve the Sentinel Artifact, hoping to rescue Samantha Maxis from the ominous Dark Aether.
The early stages of this quest are relatively straightforward, yet players will face a challenging boss fight where conventional explosive weapons like Mustang and Sally may not suffice.
Completing the main Easter Egg rewards players with the X91 Ice-Pike skin for the Staff of Ice, 5, 000 XP, and an exclusive Classified Calling Card—available only to those who finish it prior to the introduction of Directed Mode. For those needing assistance on the quest, our detailed guide provides further insights.
The Staff of Ice

An integral part of the main quest involves obtaining the Staff of Ice, a returning Wonder Weapon first introduced in *Origins* during Black Ops 2. This formidable weapon enables players to freeze adversaries and is essential for several steps within the main Easter Egg. However, acquiring the Staff of Ice requires solving multiple intricate puzzles.
Free Power-Ups

Continuing the tradition, Free Power-Ups enhance the gaming experience in *The Tomb*, just as in every other Black Ops 6 Zombies map. There are eight distinct power-ups—from Nuke to Fire Sale—hidden throughout the map, giving players various chances to gain an edge against the zombie hordes. These power-ups are strategically concealed, requiring keen eyes and skills to unearth.
Players must locate and shoot each power-up to successfully claim them.
Music Easter Egg

Next, players can find a light-hearted thrill with the Music Easter Egg. Although it does not yield traditional in-game rewards, it provides an auditory delight as players can groove while fending off the undead. To activate this Easter Egg, players must locate and interact with three hidden Mr. Peeks Headsets scattered across the map. Collecting all three will trigger the tune Dig by Kevin Sherwood.
If players encounter difficulties finding each headset, our guide offers specific locations for added convenience.
Free Self Revive Kit & Light Mend Ammo Mod Easter Egg

Securing a free Self-Revive Kit in *The Tomb* is crucial, especially in the tight corridors where players can easily become overwhelmed. Throughout the map, there are ten destructible urns; players can smash these with a single shot. Once all urns are destroyed, players will be rewarded with a self-revive kit and the Light Mend Ammo Mod, saving them a few thousand Salvage points.
To pinpoint each urn’s locations, check our thorough guide that maps out all ten locations.
Simon Says Easter Egg

Simon Says Easter Egg, which involves memory as well as precision. It is activated by shooting the head of a fallen statue located on the south side of the Tomb.
Upon activation, a sequence of statues will light up, requiring players to shoot them in the correct order to complete the challenge. The reward for successful completion is the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, which, although may seem underwhelming, saves 500 Salvage points.
Generator Easter Egg

The Generator Easter Egg offers players an excellent opportunity to quickly obtain 1, 000 Essence along with a free Full-Power Power-Up directly from the spawn room in *The Tomb*.Players can activate two generators located in the center of the Dig Site by shooting them with a weapon enhanced by the Dead Wire Ammo Mod. This action causes Essence and a Full-Power Power-Up to appear at the pillar in the middle of the Dig Site.
Free Ray Gun Easter Egg

Players eager to acquire the legendary Ray Gun can do so without relying on the Mystery Box in *The Tomb*.The method involves scavenging through the map’s dig sites with a shovel to uncover three Ancient Gems, which must then be delivered to a statue located in the eastern section of the Tomb.
Upon completion of this task, players must defeat two Doppelghasts, which will drop the coveted Ray Gun, along with a bounty of Essence and additional intel. For detailed directions, consult our extensive guide.
Blood Ritual Easter Egg (Gold Armor)

Among the multitude of Easter Eggs, the Blood Ritual Easter Egg stands out as one of the most difficult challenges, yet offers tremendous rewards. To unlock it, players must locate two statue heads within the treacherous Dark Aether Nexus and place them on two statues at the Dig Site.
Upon completion, players interact with either statue and perform two Blood Rituals, which diminishes their health and pits them against elite enemies like Doppelghasts and Shock Mimics. Successfully completing both rituals grants access to a Golden Armor Vest wall buy, bestowing players with regenerative armor capabilities.
Free Pack-a-Punch Aetherium Crystal Easter Egg

While players can unlock the Pack-a-Punch early in *The Tomb*, they can also save 5, 000 Essence by claiming a free Pack-a-Punch upgrade. This involves shooting a specific floating rock in the Dark Aether Nexus’ center.
Successful activation causes several rocks to orbit around the nexus’s center. Players must then shoot each rock rapidly, resulting in a freeze effect and spawning a free Aetherium Crystal along with a Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod at the upgrade location for the Ice Staff.
Free Aether Tool Easter Egg

Further along the Easter Egg curve, players can obtain a free Aether Tool by shooting two waterfalls located on the western side of the Dark Aether Nexus with a weapon upgraded with the Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod. This action will freeze the waterfalls and cause an Aether Tool to spawn in the ruins of the vicinity, with its rarity determined by the current round when this task is performed.
Free Random Perk Easter Egg

Next, a method for acquiring a free Random Perk Power-Up involves lighting up six vases located in the Speed Cola room within the Ossuary. This can be achieved using either a weapon upgraded with the Napalm Burst Ammo Mod or Molotov cocktails. Once illuminated, a free Random Perk Power-Up will materialize.
Friendly Brain Rot Zombies Easter Egg

Players seeking a bit of assistance in *The Tomb* can utilize the next Easter Egg to summon four Brain Rot zombies to aid them against hostile forces—making it particularly beneficial during several main Easter Egg steps.
To bring forth these helpful zombies, players must locate and shoot four different skulls marked with an ‘X’ within the Ossuary using a Brain Rot-imbued weapon.
Jumpscare Easter Egg

Lastly, players can find enjoyment in *The Tomb’s* Jumpscare Easter Egg, a playful scare tactic for friends. To activate this Easter Egg, players must locate a statue that can spawn in one of three random locations. Aiming at this statue will cause it to spin around with menacing glowing red eyes, at which point a jumpscare will ensue.
Once discovered, this Easter Egg can be triggered as often as players wish, provided they remember each potential spawn point.
