Cam attempted to withstand the challenge but couldn’t surpass 37 minutes. His defeat led to Chelsie being declared the winner of the first round, securing her place in the final leg of the competition.

In the second segment, Cam faced off with Makensy in a challenge that featured navigating three buttons through a maze to connect them to the corresponding wires accurately.

Makensy succeeded in collecting all three buttons and managed to cut all nine wires, while Cam struggled to acquire his third button. This victory marked Makensy’s tenth overall win of the season. Cam expressed his frustration over the outcome, apologizing to his family and friends in a confessional.

Successively, Makensy clinched victory in the third round of the HoH challenge, ultimately concluding Cam’s journey in Big Brother Season 26 and granting Chelsie a spot in the final two. During a discussion with host Julie Chen Moonves, Cam confessed that he was not surprised by Makensy’s choice. He stated that if he had won the last HoH competition, he would have taken Chelsie to the final two.
