The latest episode of Big Brother season 26 premiered on Thursday, September 26, 2024, featuring a dramatic double elimination that resulted in Leah and Angela being sent home. Both of these houseguests had been on Chelsie’s hit list for some time. After Makensy secured her position as the week 10 Head of Household (HoH), Chelsie seized the moment to push for their evictions.
Chelsie persuaded Makensy that Leah was scheming against her. Concerned about jeopardizing her bond with Chelsie, Makensy complied and nominated Leah after using her power to remove Kimo from the block. Leah was ultimately evicted. Next, Chelsie set her sights on Angela. When Chelsie reclaimed the HoH title before the second eviction, she influenced the houseguests to aim for Angela, leading to her subsequent elimination.
After the episode concluded, the Live Feeds on Paramount+ resumed, showing Makensy proudly holding the HoH key, confirming her role as the HoH for week 11. Many Big Brother fans expressed dissatisfaction over the outcomes. They took to X, voicing concerns that Makensy’s reign would be “boring”as she seemed likely to follow Chelsie’s orders. However, some viewers remained hopeful that she would assert herself and take charge of her game.
“ughhhh another Makensy HOH is soooo BORING i hope no one goes home this week,”a fan wrote.
“Makensy winning this hoh is so dumb. She is for sure leaving next week cause I highly doubt she wins the final 4 veto,”another fan commented.
“Makensy won the HOH competition so congrats Chelsie for being the HOH again,”a netizen tweeted.
A significant number of viewers were unhappy about Makensy’s consecutive HoH wins.
“what if i say we dont want another makensy hoh,”a user reacted.
“ANOTHER F**KING MAKENSY HOH WEEK LMFAOOOOO????? THIS F**KING SEASON IS TOAST. this f**king girl has brain damage and i might get some watching her for another week,”one person commented.
“WHAT I SAY??? and now we have ANOTHER Makensy HOH and Kimo/Rubina sucking once again this season is officially over,”another fan wrote.
“first Makensy wins HOH and completely f**ks it up. then we get a flop double eviction and lose mother Angela. and NOW Makensy is HOH again??”another user tweeted.
Nonetheless, some fans of Big Brother were optimistic that Makensy would take a different approach in the coming week and make decisions based on her own strategy instead of merely catering to others.
“ITS TIME FOR MAKENSYS REDEMPTION HOH! SHE WILL BACKDOOR CHELSIE!”a person reacted.
“Makensy this HOH will pretty much determine if you win the game or Chelsie does. Take the shot and you are in the best spot to win. If you just get Kimo out, you give Chelsie an even better chance at winning. This is your chance to redeem yourself,”one netizen commented.
Big Brother season 26 week 11: Live Feeds updates
As soon as the Live Feeds came back, viewers witnessed Makensy with the HoH key, solidifying her position as the week’s winner. In a conversation with Cam, Makensy remarked:
“You were super close!”
Cam expressed regret about not winning, suggesting it was his pattern. When Chelsie and Rubina joined them, they discussed their chances in the upcoming competitions. Chelsie acknowledged the achievement of reaching this stage, hinting that the remaining houseguests might receive heartfelt messages from their families, a tradition for the final five.
After being called to the diary room, the houseguests dispersed. Later in the bedroom, Chelsie addressed the cameras, sharing her astonishment at being in the final five. Although she was eager to secure more wins, she expressed joy over her friend’s victory.
She soon reflected on Angela’s eviction, stating:
“Yeah, I got Angela out! Life is good. Anything can happen in Big Brother. Expect the unexpected but surviving a double eviction and making it to top 5 is something! I never thought that I would be the one and can we talk about how I messed up on my number. I won because somebody else just did worse.”
Chelsie urged viewers to rally behind her and hoped for an engaging final few weeks.
Big Brother season 26 airs every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday on CBS.
