Big Brother season 26 is rapidly approaching the finals, with week 10 concluding on September 26, during episode 33. This episode featured the season’s first and only double eviction, resulting in Leah and Angela being eliminated under Makensy’s Head of Household (HoH) power.
Initially, Makensy had nominated Kimo and Angela. However, after successfully winning the Power of Veto, she opted to remove Kimo from the Block and replace him with Leah. This strategic move was heavily influenced by Chelsie, who urged Makensy to take action against Leah. Chelsie argued that Leah posed a significant threat, especially if Leah were to become the HoH in the following week and target her. Trusting Chelsie, Makensy proceeded with the renomination of Leah.
Leah received all four votes against her and was ultimately evicted from the game. Following the episode, numerous Big Brother fans took to X to commend Chelsie’s gameplay and the strategies that have kept her in the competition. They also highlighted that all contestants who opposed Chelsie or with whom she had no affiliations were now out of the running.
“Say what you want about Chelsie, but she solidified herself as a Big Brother legend tonight. Her alliance is still intact and she got both of her targets out in one night,”another fan remarked.
“Y’all complaining but this was the best move for Chelsie’s game. Angela already expressed that she’s targeting Chelsie,”stated a third fan.
“Like Chelsie got both her targets out on the same night, give her her 10s,”wrote another user.
Some fans speculate that Chelsie could end up among the top three contestants this season.
“If Chelsie wins, she’s one of the best winners in history. That’s just the facts methinks. She absolutely dominated this season even when her entire alliance was exposed early on,”an X user commented.
“Okay the Chelsie hate is getting weird now. She’s literally the most deserving of winning…she’s showcasing social game, competition skills, and strategy,”another X user added.
“In one of the most unpredictable seasons in history, we have the most predictable endgame. Just give Chelsie the check now,”read one comment.
“Chelsie just had back-to-back HOHs (basically) and got two of her biggest threats out…gotta appreciate the dominant run she’s on,”commented another user.
How Did Chelsie Influence Makensy to Evict Leah from Big Brother Season 26?
Week 10 of Big Brother was particularly intense, as it featured two evictions instead of the usual one. As the Head of Household, Makensy sought to dismantle two powerful alliances in the house: Kimo-Rubina and Leah-Angela.
She nominated one member from each alliance. Although Makensy had some ties to Leah, her primary target was Angela. Kimo was also nominated due to his prior consecutive nominations.
Upon winning the Power of Veto, Makensy initially hesitated to use it, having made a strategic choice with her nominations. However, after Chelsie warned her that Leah would target her if she remained in the game, Makensy reconsidered her options.
In a bid to protect her ally and secure her votes for the finals, she chose to nominate Leah. Following the renomination, Makensy clearly communicated her reasoning to Leah and encouraged a dialogue between Chelsie and Leah about their tensions.
During their conversation, Chelsie expressed her lack of safety regarding Leah, who then claimed that Kimo and Rubina were also contemplating her eviction, implying that she wasn’t secure either way. This now leaves viewers eagerly anticipating the outcomes of Leah’s claims.
