Behind-the-Scenes Insights: IU’s Agency Reveals Challenges in Preparing for Her Seoul World Cup Stadium Encore Concert

IU wrapped up her HEREH World Tour: Encore THE WINNING on September 22, 2024, with an electrifying two-night encore at Seoul World Cup Stadium on September 21 and 22, attracting a total of 100,000 fans.

On September 23, Financial News reported that her agency, EDAM Entertainment, made a notable effort by distributing over 3,700 volume-controlled disposable bags to residences in the Sangam district.

This initiative aimed to ensure that nearby households were not disturbed by the concerts. A spokesperson from EDAM Entertainment commented:

“We distributed trash bags to about 3,700 households. It wasn’t easy to suddenly obtain trash bags for that many districts, so we had a hard time obtaining trash bags that could be used throughout Seoul.”

Additionally, the Holssi artist provided disposable binoculars to all attendees during her shows. While performing, she urged her fans to dispose of the binoculars in the designated bags placed near each section to prevent littering.

EDAM Entertainment also ensured compliance with the ground usage manual to prevent damage to the field, implementing restorative measures for the grass as well.
