Batman: Arkham Shadow Bundled with Meta Quest 3S & Quest 3 Headsets

During the recent Connect 2024 conference, Meta introduced a more budget-friendly version of its Meta Quest 3 headset. It has now come to light that this package includes additional exciting features. Buyers will receive the headset, controllers, along with Batman: Arkham Shadow and a Meta Quest+ subscription.

Currently in development by Camouflaj, Batman: Arkham Shadow was initially announced in May of this year. This game is set in the timeline between Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham City, developed by Rocksteady Studios, and features the Caped Crusader facing off against the Rat King. This title is exclusively designed for the Meta Quest 3 and 3S family of headsets.

The release date for the game has been confirmed as October 22, just one week after the launch of the Quest 3S.

In addition to the Batman game, buyers will receive a 3-month trial of the Meta Quest+ subscription, which expands the library of titles. Priced normally at $8 per month, this subscription provides two curated games each month that users can retain even if they cancel their subscription afterward. This essentially adds six more games to the collection for Quest headset users during the trial period.

The new Meta Quest 3S is aimed at replacing Meta’s Quest 2 headset. It will be available in 128GB ($300) and 256GB ($400) configurations, boasting the same Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 chipset as its larger counterpart, the Quest 3, along with 8GB of RAM. Contrary to rumors, it will also include a pair of Touch Pro controllers. However, the key difference lies in its display, which features 1832 x 1920 fresnel lenses from the previous generation.

This promotion offering Batman: Arkham Shadow and a Meta Quest+ subscription will be available for both the Meta Quest 3 and the Meta Quest 3S, from now until April 30, 2025.
