To initiate the *Forged of Star-Stuff* quest, players need to locate and collect a starmetal fragment, which can be found across each of the four regions: Dawnshore, Emerald Stair, Shatterscarp, and Galawain’s Tusks. The quest commences as soon as you acquire any starmetal fragment, but ultimately, all four fragments must be collected to fully complete the quest. The next step involves consulting a blacksmith regarding the potential creation of a special weapon or armor utilizing the starmetal. Unfortunately, players will find that all initial blacksmiths encountered are unable to craft the item, typically directing adventurers to Solace Keep, where the renowned Forgemaster Dela can assist them.
Solace Keep is located within Galawain’s Tusks, marking the final region players can explore before entering The Garden. To reach Forgemaster Dela, use the elevator in Solace Keep and descend the stairs. After presenting him with the starmetal fragments, players will have the opportunity to create a unique Sword or an Arquebus, and acquiring all four starmetals allows for both creations.
Upon successfully forging the first two starmetals, players receive the Meteor Blade (Sword) and Moonstrike (Arquebus).Presenting the remaining fragments upgrades these weapons from Superb quality +1 to +2, with their names transforming to Ondra’s Offense and Heavenstrike, respectively. In Dawnshore, the starmetal fragment is situated at the Godless Altar to the east of Paradis. Players will find this area while traveling toward the bridge connecting to Emerald Stair.
