According to industry insider Daniel Richtman, scriptwriters have yet to complete the screenplay, which raises concerns about the timeline. The production is still slated to begin in March, but the current status of the script has many speculating about possible delays. A document leak confirmed that filming will take place in London, with aims for completion in August.

The uncertainty surrounding the script’s readiness has stirred mixed reactions across social media. While some enthusiasts express disappointment regarding the slow progress, many prefer a thoughtful approach to the scriptwriting process. They argue that taking the necessary time could lead to a more polished and compelling narrative. One fan emphasized the importance of quality, stating, “With the March deadline approaching, let’s hope the wait pays off with a blockbuster worthy of its title!”

Standard industry practice recommends that scripts should ideally be completed at least three to six months before filming begins. Given the current timeline, it’s clear that the Marvel team is under pressure to finalize the script. Historically, Marvel Studios has made last-minute revisions to align their films with the broader Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) or incorporate team feedback, which adds to the likelihood of project delays.

However, at present, Avengers: Doomsday is still on track as the writing team has until March to amend the screenplay.
