In December 2024, Crunchyroll announced that it would be bringing Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK to American theaters, disclosing the release date, which is uniquely positioned as the series’ conclusive chapter.
This film serves as a compilation of the final two parts of the series, Enhanced with extra footage including a post-credit scene. It premiered in Japan in November, where it was met with an enthusiastic reception from audiences, quickly achieving box office success. Despite mixed reactions to the manga’s conclusion, the adaptation by studio MAPPA has kept viewers captivated during this climactic arc.
Crunchyroll officially confirmed the film’s North American release on February 10, 2025, for a one-day showing only. An English-subtitled trailer has also been released for fans to preview the film:
