Although iOS has its built-in call identification capabilities, integrating AT&T’s solution could provide additional value without the need for third-party apps, thanks to its foundation on STIR/SHAKEN protocols designed to authenticate legitimate calls.

For example, a notification might indicate that a DoorDash driver is arriving, or it can serve as a reminder for upcoming medical appointments.
