ASUS has made waves in the gaming monitor market with the launch of its inaugural Super TN model, achieving an exceptional refresh rate of 610 Hz and an astonishing response time of just 0.1 ms.
Introducing the ASUS ROG STRIX ACE XG248Q5G: Gaming Monitor of Unprecedented Speed
In a groundbreaking announcement at Computex, ASUS has shattered the 600 Hz barrier with the introduction of the ROG STRIX ACE XG248Q5G. This innovative gaming monitor promises to deliver an incredibly smooth gaming experience without compromising on visual fidelity.

The ACE XG248Q5G stands out as one of the early Super TN panels to achieve an overclocking capability of 610 Hz, combined with a remarkable 0.1 ms response time. Featuring ASUS’s GameFast Technology, it delivers a mere 0.8 ms of input lag—an impressive 2.25 times faster than competing monitors operating below the 600 Hz mark.

Sporting a 24.1-inch display with Full HD resolution, the monitor’s Super TN technology has improved significantly, allowing it to compete with contemporary gaming monitors. It boasts an impressive 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, providing vibrant and accurate color reproduction that enhances gaming visuals.
Equipped with Advanced Extreme Low Motion Blur 2 technology, ASUS claims this monitor is 65% brighter than its nearest rivals. While specific details about all features are forthcoming, it currently stands as the fastest eSports monitor available. Additionally, the monitor’s base takes up 30% less desk space, paired with ergonomic adjustability for optimal comfort during extended gaming sessions.

ROG STRIX OLED XG32UCWG: High-End Gaming Redefined
Alongside the ACE model, ASUS also unveiled the ROG STRIX OLED XG32UCWG, a premium 32-inch 4K gaming monitor featuring a WOLED display and TrueBlack Glossy coating. Capable of reaching a refresh rate of 165 Hz with a response time of just 0.03 ms, it is an excellent option for gaming enthusiasts. While it does not directly compete with the recently announced 240 Hz QD-OLED 4K monitors, it offers unique dual-mode functionality not found in its competitors.

A notable feature of this monitor is its Frame Rate Boost technology, which allows users to toggle between 4K at 165 Hz and FHD at 330 Hz. This versatility enhances gameplay fluidity, giving players the flexibility to choose between superior image quality and exhilarating speed. Furthermore, it comes with OLED Care Pro to protect against image burn-in, along with ROG Gaming AI for various performance enhancements.
