Darian Holt and Jadejha Edwards, contestants from The Circle Season 7, continue to enjoy a loving relationship off-screen following the conclusion of the show. Their undeniable chemistry during the season sparked a connection that has blossomed since.
After The Circle wrapped up, Darian relocated from Jackson, Mississippi, to Houston to be nearer to Jadejha. In an interview with Parade, published on October 2, Darian revealed:
“We’ve been doing our thing. We are official.”
Darian, who works as a middle school teacher, and Jadejha, a cybersecurity expert, seem to be progressing steadily in their relationship. They initially caught each other’s attention early in the season, establishing a bond that went beyond the usual game alliances.
Post-Show Relationship of Darian and Jadejha
Even though neither made it to the final stages of the game, their connection remained strong once the cameras stopped rolling. In a September 25 interview with Entertainment Weekly, Darian expressed that their relationship felt like:
“love at first sight,” adding, “Lovey dovey eyes, heart eyes, heart eyes, heart eyes.”
Jadejha mirrored his feelings, sharing that she invited Darian on a trip to Jamaica for a friend’s wedding after the show. Their relationship progressed when Darian proposed to Jadejha during this vacation.
In her interview with Parade, Jadejha discussed the rapid development of their relationship, saying:
“He’s met my entire family. I’ve met his entire family. We’ve done family trips.”
The Circle Season 7: Their Journey
Throughout The Circle Season 7, the relationship between Darian and Jadejha was evident from the beginning. Jadejha dubbed Darian her “#CircleHusband,” leading to a strong alliance that helped navigate much of the season.
In a standout moment after Darian’s elimination in episode 9, he made a special visit to Jadejha before departing. Their emotional farewell kiss symbolized the strength of their relationship and offered hope for their future together. However, Darian’s choice to select Kevin as an influencer instead of Jadejha turned out to be a pivotal misstep in their journey.
Kevin ended up betraying Darian, which led to his elimination. Nevertheless, Darian expressed no animosity, stating:
“Me and Kevin, there is not any beef. We all know what we signed up for.”
His primary focus remained on his connection with Jadejha, which only grew deeper as the game progressed.
In Episode 12, Jadejha was eliminated due to a block by Super Secret Influencer Madelyn, who perceived her as a threat despite her being a minor player after her allies were eliminated. The strategy raised eyebrows, especially with larger threats still in the game, such as “Gianna.”
Despite the competitive nature of The Circle, Darian and Jadejha managed to cultivate a genuine connection within a game defined by strategy and deception.
