For those seeking cutting-edge military-grade weaponry, ARC Raiders may not meet expectations. The game’s arsenal primarily consists of makeshift firearms crafted from salvaged materials. While these rusted weapons may lack aesthetic appeal, they serve as your only defense against the relentless ARCs.
ARC Raiders boasts a diverse collection of weapons, attachments, throwable items, and upgrade paths. However, unlocking the most formidable weapons for late-game scenarios requires considerable effort and strategic play.
To rise as the ultimate Raider, mastering your arsenal is essential. You’ll need to be resourceful, accumulate valuable materials, and construct new workbenches to enhance your weaponry. But above all, an understanding of your weapons is key.
5 Hairpin
The Dystopian James Bond

If stealth tactics are your preferred method, the Hairpin pistol will quickly become indispensable. This silenced firearm features a low fire rate and limited damage potential; however, its true value lies in its versatility. Upgrading the Hairpin to level two significantly enhances its capabilities, increasing fire rate by 10% and reducing reload times by 13%.
In critical situations where stealth is paramount, the Hairpin enables you to silently eliminate ARCs, cameras, or alarms without revealing your position. Despite its challenges in player-versus-player encounters, it’s a reliable choice for those who favor a clandestine approach to combat.
4 Stitcher
Spray and Pray

Featuring a design reminiscent of a staple gun, the Stitcher is a fully automatic submachine gun (SMG) designed for close-quarters combat. Unfortunately, it falls short against armored opponents and is limited to a 20-round magazine, but it excels in situations requiring rapid-fire action.
Players who enjoy a fast-paced fighting style will appreciate the Stitcher’s adaptability: it supports various attachments such as compensators, magazines, grips, and stocks, all of which can be upgraded at the gunsmith station. Its agility further enhances its usability, allowing for greater mobility compared to bulkier firearms, making it a strong contender in this post-apocalyptic arsenal.
3 Kettle

Introducing the Kettle, a semi-automatic assault rifle that’s perfect for both close and mid-range skirmishes. Often regarded as the most balanced weapon for early-game combat, the Kettle provides decent accuracy and fire rate, though its reloading speed can be a downside.
While its damage output might not be overwhelmingly high, upgrading the Kettle to level two and equipping a larger magazine can transform it into a potent assault rifle capable of holding its own in battles.
2 Rattler
Obnoxiously Loud, Yet Remarkably Effective

The Rattler assault rifle has quickly become one of my go-to options in ARC Raiders. This formidable firearm delivers a loud and aggressive performance, making it a solid choice for players who thrive on firepower.
That said, the base model has a 10-round magazine, and its reload times can be cumbersome. Upgrading it to level two is advisable, as this grants an additional four rounds, enhancing your offensive capabilities significantly.
1 Iron
Devastating Damage Comes with a Cost

With just a few scraps of metal and rubber, raiders can craft the Ferro sniper rifle. This weapon has become an extension of my combat strategy since the game launched. In my view, the Ferro is the most effective early-game sniper, especially when paired with a weapon that has a faster fire rate for additional pressure on opponents.
While the Ferro excels in damage output, its lengthy reload time requires players to be strategic in engagements. A well-placed headshot can significantly turn the tide of battle, providing a crucial advantage.
Personally, I often combine the Rattler and Ferro for my primary and secondary weapons. On occasion, I may substitute the Rattler with an upgraded Kettle for versatility. Additionally, crafting light impact grenades at your workbench can provide valuable tactical options for early-game scenarios. Be sure to stock up on ammunition and medical supplies, maintain vigilance, and do everything in your power to return to Speranza safely.
Stay vigilant, Raider!
