Samsung Galaxy A03 announced with Unisoc SC9863A chipset and dual 48MP cameras

Earlier this month, Samsung announced a new entry-level smartphone known as the Galaxy A03 Core. Now the company is back with another budget model known as the Galaxy A03 in the global market.

First, the Samsung Galaxy A03 is built on a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with HD + screen resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. As usual, it has an Infinity-V design that allows for a 5MP front camera.

On the back of the phone is a square-shaped camera module that houses a dual camera consisting of a 48MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy A03 is powered by an eight-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset, as well as up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card.

To keep it from catching fire, the phone is equipped with a respectable 5,000mAh battery that supports a standard 10W charging speed. Unfortunately, the Galaxy A03s doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner, but it does have a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired headphones.

For those interested, the Samsung Galaxy A03 will be available in three colors: red, blue and black. However, the price and availability of the phone has yet to be announced by the company.
