AMD Unveils Ryzen Master 3.0.0.4199: Comprehensive Support for Zen 5 Threadripper PRO 9000 WX Series
Just two days ago, AMD officially launched the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX series, which replaces the earlier 7000 WX generation. These processors embrace the cutting-edge Zen 5 architecture and offer impressive configurations, ranging from 16 to an astounding 96 cores equipped with simultaneous multithreading (SMT).The latest version of Ryzen Master software has incorporated full support for these new processors.
Ryzen Master is a widely used tool for overclocking AMD processors and memory, allowing users to effortlessly tweak core clocks, voltages, and timings to achieve enhanced performance. With this software’s latest update, users can now make adjustments to both the Ryzen Threadripper 9000 WX processors and RAM in real time, without needing to reboot their systems.
The version 3.0.0.4199 update not only adds support for the new Threadripper series but also enhances compatibility with existing Ryzen 9000 series processors on the AM5 platform. Notably, it introduces the Optimized Performance Profile (OPP) feature, which simplifies memory overclocking tasks. Furthermore, the software now allows for on-the-fly switching to PBO Advanced control mode, eliminating the need for a restart.
