In light of recent leaks and rumors, a significant breakthrough has occurred, uncovering critical details about the RX 9070 XT. A Philippine retailer named “Netcodex”has officially listed the Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC with 16 GB of memory, priced at 35,000. While the pricing and design have been revealed, the specifications section is loaded with essential information for enthusiasts and potential buyers.

According to the specifications, the Radeon RX 9070 XT is equipped with the Navi 48 XT die, which aligns with prior expectations. The Gaming OC model boasts base and boost clock speeds of 2400 MHz and 2970 MHz, respectively. Consequently, it can be deduced that the reference edition will likely have a reduced boost clock—suggesting that the previously reported maximum boost clock of up to 3.1 GHz pertains specifically to higher-end aftermarket AIB versions, rather than the reference model.

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT “RDNA 4″GPU is endowed with 16 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, interfacing via a 256-bit bus and achieving a memory bandwidth of approximately 624.1 GB/s. This implies a memory speed around 19.5 Gbps. The card is also set to feature 4096 Stream Processors, as previously noted, and is designed to operate with a thermal design power (TDP) of 260W. Nevertheless, with its three 8-pin power connectors, the actual power consumption could escalate, especially during overclocking scenarios.

For optimal performance, a minimum 600W PSU is recommended. The RX 9070 XT GAMING OC combines advanced technology with Gigabyte’s esteemed quality, promising next-generation performance while maintaining efficient power consumption with its 260W TDP.

While examining the specifications, a few inaccuracies have come to light, including erroneous details about the number of power connectors and display outputs. The Gigabyte model indeed provides 2x HDMI 2.1a and 2x DP 2.1 ports, and its size is accurately classified as a 2.5-slot card, contrary to the description indicating a “Dual-Slot”configuration.

As for pricing, the listed price of 35,000 converts to around US$593 inclusive of a 12% VAT. Excluding taxes, the price is reduced to approximately US$529. This suggests that the reference model might be released under the $500 mark, although it’s important to note that fluctuations in price are still feasible.
