“Allegations of a Cover-Up” — Diddy Victim Claims Police Withholding 2018 Sexual Assault Report

The growing list of allegations against Sean “Diddy”Combs has seen yet another alleged victim come forward, accusing him of rape. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd shared on the News Nation show, Banfield, that Combs supposedly sexually assaulted the victim in 2018.

During her interview on October 2, Mitchell-Kidd asserted that there was “some type of cover-up”occurring behind the scenes. She revealed that this allegation arose as her client faced significant obstacles trying to advance her case against the rapper.

According to Mitchell-Kidd, the police were uncooperative, sending her an email requesting that she obtain a subpoena to access her client’s records. The attorney accused the police of breaching federal law, claiming their actions violated the Freedom of Information Act.

“I’ve never encountered a situation where I was told I needed a subpoena to obtain public information. I was floored. It was evident to me that some type of cover-up is underway,”she stated.

Mitchell-Kidd mentioned that the victim had contacted her regarding the alleged 2018 assault and escape. She claimed the incident transpired at a friend’s house, which had connections to Diddy. The attorney explained that Diddy chose to visit the victim’s friend while she was present.

Mitchell-Kidd further alleged that her client was served a spiked drink, making her feel dizzy and disoriented. She claimed Diddy proceeded to sexually assault her using an object, and then he called another man to assault her while he “watched and pleasured himself.”

The woman reportedly escaped this situation and ran out of the house, with a neighbor witnessing her flight. Initially, she filed a complaint with the police without mentioning Diddy’s name due to safety concerns, but later included the rapper’s name in her complaint.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd had previously represented another of the rapper’s accusers, Adria Sheri English. The former adult film actress, known for her work as a go-go dancer at Diddy’s events, alleged that the rapper had drugged her drinks and coerced her into sexual activity with his guests.

“There have already been tapes leaking in Hollywood marketed to different individuals. However, one specific person contacted me to negotiate the sale of a particular video they possess and asked me to reach out to the individual in the video to see if they were interested in buying it before it became public knowledge,” she explained.

While she refrained from naming the other celebrity, she noted that the individual is arguably more famous than Diddy, with their face visible in the footage. Mitchell-Kidd confirmed that she had viewed still images of the video and could verify its existence, adding that there was “no question”regarding the identity of the other celebrity.

She described the video as “pornographic in nature,”allegedly filmed at the rapper’s Atlanta home, and suggested it may have been recorded without the other person’s consent.

Ariel stated that the individual in the video appeared unaware that they were being filmed or were not actively participating in the recording.

“It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded,” the attorney remarked.

In addition to facing federal charges for sex trafficking and prostitution, Diddy is currently dealing with multiple lawsuits alleging rape, abuse, and assault.

He is presently at the Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial, with his next court appearance regarding the federal charges scheduled for October 9, 2024.
