These creatures are notorious for their aggressive nature and are considered the top predators in the game. While there are various types of Wyverns in the game, only the Frost Wyverns are not hostile.

Steps for Taming a Wyvern

To successfully hatch the egg obtained from Wyvern Nests in Ark Survival Ascended, it is essential to maintain the correct temperature. Failure to do so may result in the egg losing health and the embryo inside dying. The ideal temperature range for hatching is between 80 to 90 °C / 176 to 194 °F.

A Wyvern egg typically requires a minimum of 4 hours, 59 minutes, and 58.561 seconds to hatch. In addition to finding them in Wyvern Nests in Ark Survival Ascended, these eggs can also be obtained by breeding a male and a female wyvern.

In order for female Wyverns to lay eggs again, they must rest for a minimum of 18 hours or up to two days in certain cases. By placing the Wyvern egg in an Egg Incubator with the correct temperature and climate, the hatching time can be reduced by 20%.
