With the Zubayr Theater forced to shut down, you must help Nilou win a debate against an Akademiya researcher and encourage Inayah to pursue her passion.
During the Story Quest, you need to interpret arguments and use them to back up Nilou’s rationale and win a public debate.
How to unlock Nilou’s Story Quest in Genshin Impact
To unlock Nilou’s Story Quest, you must complete the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act II – The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings. After doing so, you’ll automatically get the Denouement of the quest called Dawn, which involves speaking with Katheryne and Nahida. Completing it will allow you to unlock Nilou’s Story Quest using one Story Key.

Finally, you’ll be prompted to pick Inayah’s Will, finally ending the debate with Nilou’s win. You can proceed with the rest of Nilou’s Story Quest right after, which only involves dialogue and a heartwarming cutscene between Inayah and her father.
