Jeongyeon from TWICE recently shared insights about receiving encouragement from Byeon Woo-seok, a star from Lovely Runner, following a lighthearted altercation with her older sister, Gong Seung-yeon. On October 12, during a new episode of her YouTube talk show INSPECTOR, Jeongyeon discussed her interactions with both Byeon Woo-seok and Gong Seung-yeon.
In the episode titled EVENLY COOKED WELL VOICES, Jeongyeon reflected on a previous segment that featured the group’s leader, Jihyo, which became a trending topic on YouTube. She admitted she was surprised by the episode’s popularity, considering that they are all members of TWICE and have previously produced similar content.
While viewing the episode alongside Gong Seung-yeon, Jeongyeon shared that her sister proposed they watch it together, despite her initial reservations. This hesitance stemmed from Jeongyeon’s mention of their playful sibling interactions in the show.
Interestingly, Jeongyeon revealed that Byeon Woo-seok reached out to Gong Seung-yeon after viewing the episode, playfully advising her to stop playfully hitting her sister. It’s worth noting that both Gong Seung-yeon and Byeon Woo-seok are represented by the same agency, VARO Entertainment.
Jeongyeon remarked:
“I visited my sister yesterday. She mentioned she hasn’t seen INSPECTOR and wanted to! I advised her against watching the Jihyo episode, but she insisted. Then she got a call from Byeon Woo-seok, telling her to stop hitting me.”
