Acer is gearing up to unveil a custom RX 9060 XT GPU under its Nitro series, designed to deliver enhanced cooling efficiency with its dual-fan system.
Acer Readies Nitro RX 9060 XT for Upcoming Computex Debut
In just ten days, AMD is set to announce the highly anticipated Radeon RX 9060 XT at the Computex event. As preparation intensifies, it’s evident that AMD’s board partners have been working diligently on their custom variations. Although not all manufacturers have publicly showcased their graphics cards, several editions have already appeared on retail platforms, including models from ASUS.
Among the anticipated custom graphics cards is Acer’s Nitro RX 9060 XT, spotted by @momomo_us. Following the previous success of its Nitro RX 9070 series, Acer is set to display its unique design at Computex, confirming its position among key players in the GPU market.

The Nitro RX 9060 XT features an aesthetically pleasing gray shroud and is characterized by its dual-slot design, reflecting a durable build typical of the Nitro lineup. In terms of connectivity, the GPU offers three outputs at the I/O, including two DisplayPort (DP) connectors and one HDMI port. Powering the card is a single 8-pin PCI-E connector, with expectations of a total thermal design power (TDP) of approximately 200 watts, although official specifications are still pending release.
This upcoming GPU is expected to house 2048 Stream Processors and will be available in two memory configurations: 8 GB and 16 GB. AMD is reportedly prioritizing the 16 GB variant but will roll out the 8 GB later, taking into account market reactions to similar offerings like NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB edition, which faced skepticism among users.
Positioned as AMD’s competitor to NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 Ti, the Radeon RX 9060 XT is built on the NAVI 44 silicon, distinguishing itself from the more potent NAVI 48 architecture found in the RX 9070 series. Pricing for the RX 9060 XT is expected to be competitive, with estimates around $400 for the 16 GB model and between $300 and $350 for the 8 GB variant, appealing to budget-conscious gamers seeking performance.
