Although you are free to explore any pathway of your choice, following my recommended route may yield the maximum upgrades necessary for the fight. However, if you find alternative bosses easier or prefer a different approach, trust your instincts!
The following bosses are included in this recommended path, along with directions to help you navigate effectively:
- The Mushtroll — At the start of your journey, navigate to the bottom right of the screen. Destroy the boulder blocking your way, and you’ll encounter the Mushtroll boss.
- Rudolf, Captain of Stonedale — Rather than proceeding along the bottom path beyond the Mushtroll, take the bridge, where Rudolf awaits you.
- The Underking — He’s the final boss of Grandery, and defeating him is crucial before venturing to other continents.
- Zafari, the Bandit Queen — Encounter her by breaking through the locked door on her boat, allowing you to claim some of her treasure.
- The Dead Guardians — After unlocking Yeldrim, visit there anytime you find yourself at Zafari’s boat. From the haven in Yeldrim, choose the lower path to face them.
- Morta Mima, the Silver Queen — She is the last boss in Yeldrim when following the path laid out for the Dead Guardians, acting as the final hurdle before facing Asterios.
To gain access to Yeldrim, ensure you have visited Jaroba at least once. This opportunity will arise randomly as you travel from Grandery.
