Absent WWE Superstar shares video showing regular travel issues

A video was recently shared on social media by an absent WWE Superstar, depicting Omos’ frequent travel struggles caused by his towering height.

MVP made his return to the Stamford-based company at Royal Rumble 2020 and has primarily served as an on-screen manager. Currently, he is managing Omos, with his last significant in-ring appearance being in the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble Match where he eliminated Bronson Reed but was ultimately eliminated by Bron Breakker before his departure.

The veteran recently posted a video on Instagram showcasing Omos’ difficulties while traveling by plane. In the caption, the former WWE United States Champion pointed out that they had to take a jumper due to the lack of private planes from Boston to Syracuse. MVP also playfully called out Xavier Woods for laughing at The Nigerian Giant, referring to him as a ‘heel.’

“The travel travails of a GIANT!!!! Only 1 flight available from Boston to Syracuse. No private jet this loop. The #nigeriangiant barely fits in this little puddle jumper! Better than a 5 hour drive though!!! @austincreedwins [Xavier Woods] is laughing. He has NO sympathy for the Nigerian Giant because giants never bump!! What a HEEL! 🤣🤣🤣,”he wrote.

WWE Superstar Omos shares insight on his WrestleMania experience

At WrestleMania 37, Omos and AJ Styles joined forces to successfully defeat The New Day and claim the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship. Over the next two years, the 29-year-old went on to compete in individual matches at The Grandest Stage of Them All, facing off against Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to secure a victory in either match.

During a recent interview with SEScoops, Omos discussed his experiences wrestling at The Show of Shows. He emphasized how his WrestleMania debut had a profound impact on his life, and he fondly remembered the opportunity to compete alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. He also expressed how much the prestigious live event means to him personally.

“To be honest, WrestleMania literally changed my life. I made my debut at WrestleMania. You know, with AJ Styles and the tag team titles, I will never forget it for the rest of my life, like that is in my brain. Although I didn’t know I would be booked, the next year against Bobby Lashley in Dallas was tremendous, just me on my own, which I think was my third year in the business to then do it with Brock. That was just every year; it just keeps going higher and higher. To me, WrestleMania holds a special place in my heart,”he said.

At the moment, Omos is not included in the WrestleMania XL lineup. Yet, there is a possibility that he will compete in the Andre The Giant Battle Royal, which is set to take place on the last WWE SmackDown before The Show of Shows.
