This news comes during a challenging period for Rob, as he navigates a split from Sophie Sierra, whom he met during season 10 of 90 Day Fiancé. The couple, who connected on Instagram, faced significant challenges including an incident of “online cheating” that shattered Sophie’s trust, leading to their brief marriage. Sophie moved out in May 2023 after several months of turmoil.

Recently, Rob took to Instagram to share troubling news about his pet, Rome. After noticing health issues, Rob received a diagnosis from Rome’s veterinarian that he disclosed in a recent post: “The lesion – growth on Rome’s lips result lymphoma, Epitheliotropic lymphoma.” Rob explained that further testing would be necessary to verify this diagnosis and mentioned he would inform his followers about the associated costs.
Rob added a question box to the Story captioned, “any advice.”
Understanding Epitheliotropic Lymphoma
In his update, Rob provided insights into epitheliotropic lymphoma, a type of T-cell cancer more commonly known as mycosis fungoides. This aggressive disease primarily affects older dogs, particularly those aged eight to ten years. The prognosis for dogs with this condition is grim, with an average life expectancy ranging from eight months to a year and a half.
