In the comments, when a follower inquired about his step-tracking app, David noted he relied on the default health app available on his iPhone. He even humorously acknowledged a fan’s suggestion that indulging in toast once in a while is acceptable, admitting that he often chooses to forgo it due to feeling “too full because of the Ozempic.”
