The upcoming episode 10 of Season 34 of CBS’s 48 Hours is set to revisit the tragic 2018 murder case of Aileen Seiden. In a complex love triangle known as a ‘throuple’, Seiden was romantically involved with Zachary Abell and Christina Araujo, both of whom were later convicted for her murder.

As of 2023, Araujo pleaded guilty and received a 25-year prison sentence, while Abell was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2024 after being found guilty of second-degree murder without entering a guilty plea.
