36-year-old WWE star set for major role on WrestleMania weekend – Reports

In just two days, WWE will hold the 40th annual WrestleMania Premium Live Event. Recent reports from backstage reveal that the company plans to give a significant role to fan-favorite star Jackie Redmond.

The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be broadcasted live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA on Friday evening. Seven names have been officially announced for induction into the 2024 Class.

RAW on-air talent Jackie Redmond is confirmed to host the Hall of Fame induction ceremony this year, as reported by PWInsider. While it is unknown at this time which other on-air talents will be joining Redmond in the broadcast, current plans state that the 36-year-old will be the sole host for Friday’s show.

Redmond joined World Wrestling Entertainment in 2021 and has since hosted a variety of shows, such as RAW Talk and SmackDown LowDown. In June 2023, she also became a backstage interviewer for RAW, while still covering NHL games during the hockey season.
