2-time WWE Champion sends a message to Seth Rollins and CM Punk ahead of WrestleMania XL
During the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW, WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre directed a message at both CM Punk and Seth Rollins.
As WrestleMania 40 draws near with just five days left, WWE released a video package highlighting Drew McIntyre’s upcoming World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth Rollins. In the video, McIntyre delivered a powerful message, dismissing CM Punk as an “out of shape has-been”and then setting his sights on Seth Rollins, whom he referred to as “Cringelord.”
Afterward, he shared a clip from the show on Twitter and reflected on the events. The former two-time WWE Champion offered his condolences for Rollins’ loss of the world title and CM Punk’s desire to main event WrestleMania.
“RIP Seth Rollins’ title run. RIP CM Punk’s #WrestleMania dreams,”Drew McIntyre wrote.
Take a look at his tweet below:
Despite being currently injured, CM Punk has confirmed that he will make an appearance at The Grandest Stage of Them All. He announced last week that he will serve as the special guest commentator for the highly anticipated title match between McIntyre and Rollins.
Despite the tension between all three superstars, there is much anticipation for potential chaos during the match. The outcome of the match and who will ultimately become the World Heavyweight Champion is yet to be determined.
